- Payment method and timing
- Credit card via Stripe. Payment is charged when you place your order.
- Delivery
- Your serial key is delivered by email immediately after payment (digital download).
- Returns and cancellation
- Due to the nature of digital goods, orders cannot be returned once the serial key has been issued. However, if the software fails to run on a supported system and we cannot resolve it, we will refund your purchase within 14 days of the order. The free tier lets you evaluate every feature before purchasing.
- Regions served
- The free version is available worldwide. Paid licenses are not currently sold to billing addresses in the European Union or the United Kingdom. A waiting list is available for those regions.
