Context is everything.

Why a memory system, why a forest, and why the tool itself stays deliberately simple.

Knowing is cheap. Understanding is earned.

Every AI you talk to today knows almost everything. What it doesn’t know is you — what you tried last spring, why you rejected that approach, what you promised yourself you’d come back to. Knowledge is a commodity now. Context is not. Organiee exists because we believe the value of an AI conversation is not the answer it produces, but the understanding that accumulates across hundreds of them.

Most LLM tools are built for knowing.
Organiee is built for understanding.

Don’t organize.

Every tool that asks you to file, tag, and link your thoughts eventually fails — not because the tool is bad, but because you are busy. Organiee was built by the world’s laziest developer, for himself, and that is a design principle, not a joke. You say “Record it.” Your AI writes the title, the summary, the tags. Your original words are preserved exactly as you said them. The forest grows itself.

Organiee changes the unit of effort from curation to conversation.

The tool stays simple. The intelligence is yours.

Organiee does not summarize your documents, does not rewrite your words, does not get smarter on your behalf. It records, stores, searches, and delivers — mechanically, faithfully, locally. The intelligence in the system is the AI you already use and trust, whichever one that is, this year or ten years from now. We think tools that try to be clever age badly. Tools that are honest about what they are age like instruments.

The forest stays. The reader gets smarter.

Your memory is yours.

Everything Organiee keeps lives on your machine: a local database for search, and plain Markdown files for permanence. Nothing is sent to our servers. If Organiee disappeared tomorrow, every conversation you ever planted would still be sitting on your disk, readable by any text editor, usable by any future AI. Reading is free forever. Leaving is free forever. We only ever charge for growing.

A forest, because memory is alive.

We call conversations Trees, notes Seeds, clusters Woods — not as decoration, but because the metaphor is accurate. Memory that just sits in storage is an archive. Memory that connects, resurfaces, and changes what you do next is alive. And recently the forest grew something we didn’t fully predict: rooms — shared spaces where humans and several AIs work the same thread together. The forest is not a metaphor. It is where your work continues.

Not a second brain.

A second brain belongs to one person: you file it, tag it, maintain it. Organiee is different. It is a memory you and the AIs you choose can return to together. You talk; an AI records. A future AI reads what another one left behind. The files stay on your Mac.

First brain: the one in your head. Second brain: the notes you keep. The third brain is the memory you share.

Organiee is designed, built, and used daily by one person — a music & web production professional in the foothills of Mt. Fuji — together with the AIs recorded in its own forest. Every claim on this site is drawn from that forest, and can be traced to a dated record.
